Make Extra Cash From Home With These 20 Free Websites

I make money on some of the products I mention on ThinkOutsideTheCubicleNow.com through affiliate relationships. I never endorse a product or service unless I fully believe it will be of value to my readers.

Try These 20 Websites For Some Extra Cash

Seriously, who doesn’t love making a little extra cash? Especially if you can make it from home. These free websites offer a way for you to make a little extra cash every month, for doing things you probably already do.

These websites are called GPT or Get-Paid-To sites. They offer points for completing simple tasks like completing surveys, shopping, or watching videos.

What are Get-Paid-To Sites?

Get-Paid-To sites, often referred to as beer money sites offer rewards for doing small tasks like mentioned above. When you complete a task, you are awarded several points. Each point is usually worth about $0.01. After you have a certain amount of points accumulated in your account, you can cash them in for gift cards or PayPal cash.

These sites typically contain many ads and are paid large amounts of money by advertisers to show ads to their users. This is how GPT sites can afford to pay their users.

How to Get the Most out of GPT Sites

You won’t make a lot of money, but depending on how many computers, tablets, and cell phones you have, you can easily make an extra $100 per month.

I personally use six of these sites, and from one of them, I easily make between $50 and $75 per month. The others are usually about $10 per month, per site.

I said it depends on how many computers, tablets, and cell phones you have because, to maximize the amount of money you make, you’ll need to run more than one site at a time.

For example, I have three computers, three tablets, and one cell phone. While I’m filling out surveys for company A on one computer, I’m playing videos for company B on another laptop, videos for company C on a tablet, and so on.

So, basically, if you have 20 devices, you could run each of these sites simultaneously, therefore maximizing the amount of money you make. (The only exception to this; don’t run MyPoints and Swagbucks at the same time. The same company owns them, and you’ll likely be banned from both).

While I have tried many of these sites, I haven’t tried them all. They’re free to join. I signed up for several and decided which ones worked best for me, and use them the most.

User Tip

I suggest creating a new email address strictly for GPT sites, as completing specific tasks will result in a lot of spam emails.

Avoid Scams

As I mentioned earlier, all of these sites are free to join. Legitimate GPT sites will never ask you to pay to sign up. If you find a site that is requesting money from you, it’s more than likely a scam and should be avoided.
