DutiesÂ
Some of the responsibilities of this position include:
- Assist customers through live chat and email
- Troubleshoot issues customers are having with the product and help to resolve them

- Must have at least one to two years of technical customer service experience
- Must have previous SaaS or API experience
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well-organized and have the ability to complete tasks efficiently
- Must be able to multi-task and handle over 60 customer emails per day
- Have outstanding customer service skills
Technical Requirements
You must have high-speed internet service.
The company will supply you with the equipment of your choice and any software that you need.

Pay and Benefits
