This company is entirely remote. However, at this time, they only hire people living in California, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Washington. Customer Service Specialists don’t need to live in any particular city, just within one of these states.

Duties
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
- Quickly responding to customer inquiries.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Address customer concerns or complaints via phone and email in a positive manner.
- Learn the company’s platform, policies, and processes.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must:
- Have at least three years or more of customer service experience.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and have a passion for technology.
- Experience working with a remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Requirements
You’ll need to have a quiet home office.
The company will supply you with a Mac laptop and a headset for work. They’ll also provide you with a monthly allowance for your internet service.
Schedules
These are full-time positions.
You must have open availability with your schedule and be able to work weekends when needed. Starting times for shifts vary between 6:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay for this position starts at $20.19 per hour.
