About the Customer Success Associate Role
As a remote Customer Success Associate, you will be the central figure in increasing customer lifetime value and, thus, the overall Zocdoc experience. You will work with clients directly to raise their LTV through the onboarding process.
To be successful in this role, it’s crucial to have excellent communication skills and the ability to stay organized. You also need to have a good understanding of customer service best practices, possess problem-solving skills, and have an understanding of Zocdoc’s products.
It is also essential to be able to provide feedback and suggest improvements that will benefit customers as well as your own team. Above all, being courteous and empathetic with customers will go a long way toward providing great customer service.
Duties
A few of the duties of this position include:
- Work with healthcare providers to strengthen the partnership between them and the company.
- Become an expert on all of the company’s products and services.
- Set up new accounts tailored for each customer.
- Educate and influence providers.
Requirements
To be considered for the Customer Success Associate position, you must have the following:
- Four-year college degree or the equivalent experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to learn quickly.
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.

- Must have the ability to improvise and effectively solve issues.
