Duties

Technical Requirements
Since the position requires working with customers, you’ll need to have a quiet, distraction-free area in which to work.
You will also need the following:Â
- A newer personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM. Tablets are not permitted.Â
- Up-to-date antivirus software.
- Up-to-date browser.
- High-speed, hard-wired internet connection. Internet must be DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic. WiFi is not allowed.
- Internet speed must be a minimum of 10 Mbps download.
- Windows 10 or higher.
- Compatible webcam.
- A wired USB headset with a microphone.
Eligible States
As mentioned above, Working Solutions hires in all states except California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington. The company also hires throughout Canada.
TrainingÂ
All training is completed from your home. The length of training is anywhere from two days to a few weeks depending on the project. If you’ve successfully completed all of the program requirements, you’ll receive a monetary stipend for your time spent in training.
Schedules
Agents typically work anywhere from 15 to 40 hours per week. The minimum amount of hours required will depend on the client and project.
Agents are allowed to set their own schedules. However, depending on the client, you may be required to work between certain times. For instance, a client may require that you work anytime between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.Â
Pay and Benefits
The pay will depend on the client and the project you are hired for. However, you can expect to earn anywhere from $9 to $30 per hour. Some projects also pay bonuses and incentives.
The company pays on the 10th and 25th of each month. You can choose to have your pay deposited to a payment card or directly to your bank account.
