Duties

Some of the responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing over 100 customer accounts independently.
  • Assisting customers with the onboarding process.
  • Monitoring and addressing customer concerns. 
  • Answering inbound telephone calls.
  • Contacting customers via telephone, live chat, video calls, and email.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer engagement and communication.
  • Providing customers with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Some of the requirements for this position include:

  • Must have at least 3 to 5 years of previous customer success experience.
  • Must be tech-savvy.
  • Have a desire to help customers.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer calls, chats, and emails efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of technology.
  • Must be self-disciplined and exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to find and use resources effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for learning.
  • Ability to move between multiple workflows quickly.
  • Must be coachable.
  • Must have a prior record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.

Preferred Requirements

These are preferred but not required.

  • Previous experience in financial services, marketing, or technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.

Technical Requirements

Must have a quiet, distraction-free work area.

Schedules
