Duties

The primary duties of the remote Call Center Relationship Specialist include:

• Provide exceptional and thorough customer service to all members.
• Assist members via telephone and written correspondence.
• Always provide professional and competent service to members.
• Cross-sell company products and services to new and existing members.

Requirements

Some of the requirements for this position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have between one and three years of sales or customer service experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent grammar skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette and voice quality.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based products and office equipment.

Preferred

• Some college or a college degree.
• Previous call center experience.
• Bilingual preferred.

Schedules

The working hours for this position are between 7:00 AM EST and 7:00 PM EST Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM EST and 1:00 PM EST on Saturdays.
