  • High-speed, hard-wired internet, either DSL, cable, or fiber optic. WiFi, satellite, mobile hotspots, and mobile internet are not permitted. 
  • ISP must be based in the United States. 
  • USB noise-canceling headset with microphone.
  • A second monitor is strongly recommended but not required. 

Some positions require that you have a cell phone (no more than three years old) in order to install the company’s software for multifactor authentication purposes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay varies according to the client. However, most positions appear to pay around $15 per hour.

W2 employees are paid biweekly through direct deposit. Independent contractors are paid through direct deposit on the 10th of each month.

There are no benefits offered to independent contractors. W2 employees are eligible for employee benefits like health, dental, life insurance, paid time off, sick time, and more. 

Training

Training is completed remotely and paid for by the company. 

The length of training depends on the exact position and the client.
