Duties

Some of the responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Specialist include, but are not limited to:

• Answer customer inquiries via telephone, live chat, and email.
• Assist customers with any billing issues they may have.
• Identify and resolve technical support issues customers may have with the software.
• Following up with customers to make sure their problem was successfully resolved.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have the following:

• Be computer and Internet-savvy.
• Have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Have excellent telephone skills.
• Have active listening skills.
• The ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• The ability to work independently.
• Extremely self-motivated.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Be able to type at least 50 to 60 words per minute.
• A willingness for limited travel occasionally.

Technical Requirements

You’ll need to have a designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions, along with high-speed internet service.
The company will supply state-of-the-art equipment for work.

Training

All training is paid and is completed remotely.

Pay and Benefits

The company doesn’t mention the pay in their job posting. But according to Glassdoor, the compensation for this position is between $15.54 and $20.35 per hour.
