Agent Pronto was founded in Texas in 2010 and is officially headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

The company specializes in making home buying and selling easier by matching buyers and sellers with the best real estate agents throughout the United States and Canada. 

They are also branching out into rental services to match renters with rental agents.

How it Works

Agents sign up with Agent Pronto and complete a stringent profile. When a client is ready to buy or sell, they too will sign up with the company. 

Immediately following a client signing up, the company reaches out to the client with a list of specific questions. Clients are then paired with a top-of-the-line agent that best fits their unique needs.

Agents are selected for clients based on different criteria such as their completed profile, their production levels, the areas in which they service, and customer ratings.

As an employer, this company is fully remote, and even though they do business within Canada, at this time, all employees must reside within the United States.

They appear to hire in all states, as there are no state restrictions listed in the job posting.

The remote Client Specialist’s primary duty is to contact home buyers and sellers who have signed up through the company’s website. 

Contact with clients is made via telephone, and you’ll need to take notes while asking questions to determine their specific needs. 

After contacting the clients and determining their needs, you’ll then match them with a real estate agent that best fits their needs. 

Client Specialists must be comfortable talking on the phone as they are expected to make approximately 50 calls per day.


To qualify for this position, you must: 

  • Have at least two years of previous customer service experience.
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Have outstanding organizational skills and be orderly.
  • Be comfortable speaking to people and answering questions in detail.
  • Enjoy writing and have exceptional writing skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
  • Have the ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • Be resourceful and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Although not required, the company prefers applicants who have prior experience working from home and are bilingual.

Technical Requirements

You will need to have a designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions, along with high-speed internet service.

The company will furnish you with a new laptop as your work device.


All training is completed remotely from home. 

Pay and Benefits

This position is a full-time employee, W2 position. The starting pay is $38,000 per year, which equates to about $18.26 per hour.
