Customer service is a popular work-from-home job, and remote customer service jobs are in high demand. Customer service jobs no longer need to be performed in a centralized location and can easily be performed remotely from home.

Customer service representatives can often be the first point of contact a customer has made with a company. For that reason, customer service representatives are the face of the company and must answer questions and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Luckily, you don’t always need to have your computer to work from home as a customer service representative. The companies below provide equipment to their remote customer service representatives.

Education and Skills Needed 

To work from home as a customer service representative for these companies, you must have a high school diploma or a GED. However, some companies may require a college degree if the job is more technical.
